Job Opening: Independent Contractors for Trauma Clinic at

Position Overview
We invite skilled psychotherapists, including those fluent in Farsi, Chinese and Filipino/Tagalog, to join our trauma clinic team. Candidates should have a strong background in mental health counseling and a commitment to culturally responsive, client-centered care.

Position:
• Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) / EMDR Therapist
• Gottman Couple Therapist
• Farsi, Chinese and Filipino Therapist (specialized in trauma clients)
• Christian Counsellors (DBR, EMDR, or other trauma specializations)
Pay: CA$100.00 - CA$140.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct individual, couple, and group therapy sessions using trauma-informed methods.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications & Eligibility
• Specializations in EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting(DBR), Somatic or Sensorimotor approaches, CBT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness, or Gottman Couple Therapy.
• Experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions, relationships, youth, couples, and families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Education: Master’s Degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years in psychotherapy, preferably in trauma therapy.
Licenses: Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counsellor, or Registered Psychologist.
Location: Remote positions available across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Manitoba, and Ontario
