Acute inflammation is a normal body response.
Chronic inflammation on the other hand is not and seems to play an important role in most diseases.
Proper diet and some supplements may help decrease inflammation.
Certain foods such as leafy greens, berries, mushrooms, olives, kimchee, miso, tempeh, yogurt, pickles, fermented vegetables, sauerkraut, omega 3, green tea, ginger, tumeric and cat's claw all have anti-inflammatory properties.
