The Centre for Mindfulness Studies, founded in 2011 in downtown Toronto, is a leading mental health charity in Canada. Our mission is to provide accessible mindfulness-based mental health services, breaking down barriers for underserved communities.

Initiatives:

1). Grant-Funded Free Mental Health Support: We offer mindfulness programs to communities in need, such as BIPOC, newcomers, students, and healthcare workers.
2). Fee-Based Mindfulness Programs: We provide MBCT, MBSR, MSC, and MMAU programs, with revenue supporting our charitable services.
3). Bursary Program: Financial assistance for those from underserved communities to access our 8-week mindfulness programs.

We offer internationally recognized certificate training programs and professional development workshops, fostering mindfulness in diverse settings.

Mission:

1). Providing Access: Breaking barriers to mental health services for the underserved.
2). Leading Change: Innovating and establishing mindfulness best practices.
3). Helping with Purpose: Increasing mental health capacity through evidence-based programs.
4). Sharing Space: Building inclusive communities through mindfulness for at-risk populations.

We cultivate well-being in an inclusive, equitable, and safe environment, embracing diversity across all aspects of our community.
