New guidelines and policies to maintain the safety of all our staff and clients.

1. If you are experiencing any symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone with covid-19 please reschedule your appointment until after 2 week self quarantine..
2. Same day cancellations will be welcomed if you are not feeling well, please do not risk it.
3. If you have been travelling in the past 2 weeks please make an appointment after self-quarantining for the required 2 weeks.
4. No walk-ins will be allowed until further notice.
5. No visitors will be allowed to accompany clients for treatments. One client per staff member.
6. No clinic bathroom access, you are welcome to the public washroom.
7. Please limit your belongings you bring in with you to necessities.
8. No outside beverages, coffees etc.
9. Debit and credit preferred.
10. Please be on time for your appointment to avoid excess traffic in the clinic. If you arrive early please wait in your car until your scheduled time.
11. Clients must come protected and wearing a facial mask. You may remove it during your treatment should it be necessary.

1. Self-screening everyday before work and not coming to work if sick.
2. All staff is wearing a mask, washing & sanitizing hands frequently.
3. Diligently sanitizing all surfaces and things clients may come in contact with ie. pens, beds, door k***s, protective glasses, chair arms, debit/credit machine etc.
4. Regularly clean and disinfect communal equipment such as telephones, keyboards, cash registers.
5. Encourage customers to pay electronically whenever possible.
6. Place signage or other visible indicators to promote social distancing.
7. Using as many single use products as possible and changing the garbages frequently. All bedsheets/blankets have been removed.

It's official, we are getting ready to open.

Clients and Staff are our top priority so expect several changes being implemented to keep us all safe.

During your booking process we will be screening with a standard Coronavirus (COVID-19) checklist to be filled out for each client prior to your visit. Upon arrival there will be other protocols in place to ensure everyone's well-being.

We realize there will be challenges ahead of us but we also know that with patience and cooperation on all sides it will be a seamless transition.
