Sharing an important message from a wise flying yogini …

We never stop learning-about the world, about ourselves. We are limitless, life is limitless. But within all of that, it’s important to recognize when we need to step back, slow down, and become observers of life and of ourselves.
I took a little break, it gave me the space to reflect and reconnect with myself.
I also learned (yet again) how important it is to keep going and to push through when things get tough-and never to lose faith in yourself. 🌿

A Heartfelt Adios… and a New Beginning! 💙✨

It is with deep gratitude that I announce the conclusion of The Flying Yogi Mérida. This journey has been nothing short of incredible—a time of growth filled with adventures, connection, and a community that made this space truly special.

To everyone who came to visit us here, to take a flight in our YogiGym, and to share in this experience—thank you. Your energy and support have meant the world to me.

But this is not goodbye—it’s just the beginning of something new! 🌿✨

Coming this summer, I am thrilled to be opening a brand-new retreat facility in stunning St. Andrews-by-the-Sea, New Brunswick. A place where nature, mindfulness, and movement come together in harmony. I can’t wait to welcome you there!

The camaraderie, the intimacy, the insights and discoveries that unfold over 7 days of so many firsts never grows old.
