Chinatown Optical welcomes Dr. Diana Zhang to the newly upgraded Optometry Clinic located above the 424 Dundas Street West store. Tan said, “We are excited that Dr. Zhang will be here to provide a superior level of eye care.” To book an appointment for an eye exam with Dr. Zhang please contact (416)971-8989. Dr. Zhang speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

We thank Dr. Melissa Yuen for her years of service in Chinatown and surroundings. She has decided not to return after her maternity leave and we wish her and her family the very best.

All of us at Chinatown Optical and Optic Creations wanted to take a moment to express our complete appreciation and gratitude for all the health care workers: doctors, nurses, support staff, etc, for working tirelessly on the frontlines of the global COVID-19 outbreak.

Though each day is unpredictable and holds brand new challenges, our fiercely strong health care workers get up every single day ready to help and we couldn’t be anymore thankful for them.

If you know someone working in health care, please thank them for everything they are doing and help share some love.

Dear Valued Customers,

It is with a heavy hearts that we are writing this letter.

In light of developing events concerning the COVID-19 virus and following the recommendations of officials with the College of Opticians of Ontario, we have deemed in necessary to temporarily close Chinatown Optical/Optic Creations effective immediately and until further notice.
