Much is happening in the world that impacts our bodies and our lives in
known and unknown ways. We feel the overwhelm of chaos and
collective anxiety. We yearn for inner peace so we can live from a place
of calm and response rather than being triggered and reactive. These
changing times call us to discover tools of self-care that we can use to
find and sustain our balance and stability.
In March I held a Find Your Calm in Chaos workshop where we:
⌛ gained understanding of what ancient prophecies say about these changing times
☀ learned how to revitalize your energy through integrative breathing, movement, and meditative tools from Shamanic and Qi Gong traditions
🌿 nourished body, mind, emotion, and spirit
🌊 found our calm within the chaos
