Hello everyone,
On behalf of all of us here, we would like to offer a big thank you to Dr. Kevin Rod, our Medical Director and our newly appointed CEO of TOKI Corp, and our amazing Physicians at all three of our locations for taking care of the patients with compassion and dedication during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Special mention goes to our Clinic Manager, Ms. Ashley Villarruel, for her resourcefulness and unparalleled dedication in managing and maintaining the Clinic operations during this unprecedented medical crisis.
We recognize her invaluable foresight in planning ahead in purchasing the PPE materials, for educating the staff, for organizing the doctors' schedules, for answering with authority our patients' concerns, for drafting policies and procedures to best handle and navigate the symptoms of the Coronavirus pandemic for our frontline employees.
Ashley has always demonstrated sound judgment in implementing technical procedures in crisis management and she has managed to once again be exceptionally resourceful during this crisis. To manage one clinic is stressful but to manage three clinics concurrently is exceptional during this COVID-19 pandemic.
We could not have done this without the collaboration of her staff. The staff of the North York, Thornhill, and Vaughan locations step up to the challenge and, under her tutelage, were and are able to understand their roles, execute their responsibilities and perform their daily tasks safely and confidently thus ensuring our clinic remain open to serve the community. Special recognition goes to Amy, Kayla, Farah, Raegan, Diana, Aiza.
We are so proud and extremely grateful for everyone’s contribution to this historical moment, and we continue to be grateful for all that you do.
