Did you know your pelvic floor might be holding more than just muscles?

Chronic tension in this area can lead to things like menstrual pain, incontinence, constipation, low libido, or even feeling disconnected from your body. But these symptoms aren’t random, they’re often messages from a body that’s been holding too much for too long.

In the HYP-D Method, we start with softening before strengthening.

Because true healing begins when the body feels safe enough to let go.

Your pelvic floor doesn’t need more pressure, it needs more care.

It’s not just physical… it’s emotional, too. 💗

The female pelvis stores unprocessed feelings like shame, fear, trauma and grief that might be tied to intimacy, identity, womanity and creative power. Unacknowledged, unexpressed and hiden emotions can block physical healing, because your pelvis can be in a survival mode instead of shifting into repair, recovery and healing.
Before working on the physical level of your pelvis, unwrapping hidden emotions, fear, shame, trauma, neglect or grief can fasten your healing journey.

Today, it is evident to everyone: our body communicates with us. It constantly
sends us messages, signaling when something is wrong.
Fears, unspoken emotions, and painful life experiences are stored in our body and deep in our soul, sometimes manifesting in various symptoms.
If we fail to understand these messages, they can gradually take control of our lives.
Decoding the language of our body and soul is often challenging. There is no book or teaching that can infallibly tell us what is wrong or where exactly the blockage is.
It would be best if we could communicate directly with our body and unconscious mind. The good news is: it is possible.
Are you ready to unlock the secrets of your body and soul's messages?
Join to the workshop held by Dr. Laszlo Buda MD, PhD, Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, the author of the "Unread messages from your Body"; (it is already available in English) and the "Unread Messages from your Soul"; (it soon will be available in English). He will introduce his groundbreaking methods—SomatoDrama and Ultrabrief Therapy.
That can help you if you:
- want to learn how to read the unread messages from your body and soul
- want to look behind the acute and chronic physical symptoms you might have
- you are seeking deeper understanding of yourself, and the recruiting emotional,
relational patterns of your life
- if you feel stuck in your life, relationship, carrier and can not move forward
- if you are ready to make steps towards self acceptance, deeper self discovery
and self love
- if you're interested in how to make your self-healing processes significantly
more effective
- if you're looking for methods that allow you to work much more efficiently in your
helping profession than before
- if you welcome a new, modern tool-set to integrate into your already established
therapeutic practice.
SomatoDrama® is a small group method that has been helping those seeking deeper self-awareness and physical-mental healing since 2010. Thousands of people have tested it, and even those who start with skepticism often leave amazed
by its effectiveness. Many are astonished by the accuracy of the insights gained during the process and the effectiveness of the self-healing processes that begin.
Using this method is an inspiring experience for therapists and other helping professionals.
Ultrabrief Therapy® is a rapid, profound, and effective method of individual consultation. Developed into its current five-step form in 2017, it typically involves a single 60-120 minute session. This intense session uncovers root issues, facilitates meaningful decisions, and fosters real internal change—leaving both client and consultant uplifted.
Don't miss this opportunity to transform your personal and professional life—join us for this enlightening workshop.
