I'm back! 😁
I hope everyone has been keeping well and had a great February and March so far. I was intending to bring back the heat and sunshine, but the truth is things got rather cold in the south island of New Zealand, so there wasn't much warmth to bring back. But we did luck out with perfect weather Australia. February being their most rainy season, we only had two days of rain in our 16 days we were there. If you haven't traveled before along the east coast of Australia, I highly recommend it. The beaches and coastal vibes were incredible. And if you're an avid hiker, I highly recommend visiting Franz Joseph in the south island of New Zealand. My travel partner and I hiked Roberts Point, which was a hike for advanced hikers (which I am not, but I guess now am!). The journey up there was definitely challenging. But with mose covered trees and stones and cascading waterfalls leading to gentle streams, it left you feeling like you were in a fairytale. The picture above was taken on the day of the hike. It's sort of a celebratory photo that I accomplished something that was very hard to do. I'm sure we've all had those moments in our lives. So camatkarasana (wild thing) on the rocks of the mountain was a must as my solar plexus chakra, where we hold our self-confidence, wanted to shine bright! 🌞 Unfortunately, after this picture was taken, it did start to rain. I guess it needed to cool my confidence down a bit as we still had about sixty minutes left of hiking back down the mountain to do. 😂
Well, as I take the day to settle back in and return calls and messages, I'll be back seeing clients for massage therapy and yoga come tomorrow morning. Also, a reminder that my schedule for massage therapy has expanded, allowing for more weekday morning and afternoon appointments. This also gives the opportunity for future morning and afternoon yoga classes at my home studio. If interested, let me know what kind of class you'd like to see on schedule and what day/time.
I wish you all a great rest of your weekend and look forward to seeing you all very soon. 😊
