I’ve been putting together my bucket list for the year, and it’s been a fun, cHaLlEnGiNg, and soul-searching project.

It’s a list of things I want to start doing, stop doing, learn, experience, and achieve this year.

Did YOU create a list for 2025, too?

Thinking about this has gotten me really fired up and made me realize what’s really important to me right now.

In terms of my own health & fitness, it’s about balance, moderation, FUN and above all prioritizing my mental health.

Here are the top 2-3 things on my 2025 list:
- Go on a real vacation
- Do some type of outdoor adventure each month
- Help as many women that I can navigate midlife without diets, gimmicks and extreme workouts

Here’s another important tip to keep in mind👇

When you’re trying to balance your hormones and/or get active in midlife (40's +), it’s not just about your food choices or your workouts — it’s also about managing your stress and dropping your limiting beliefs around what’s possible for you at your age.

By addressing these, you’ll see progress even faster.

For example, when I work with clients, we also focus on:

✅ Managing stress levels through daily habits like deep breathing, meditation, or even short walks, which play a huge role in gut health

✅ Prioritizing sleep, since quality rest helps support digestion and overall recovery

✅ Identifying and addressing food sensitivities—this way, they know exactly which foods to avoid without unnecessary restrictions

It’s all part of the equation!

Here’s why you need to know these numbers ⬇️

Even if your goal is to get rid of belly fat, build healthy habits, or balance your hormones, these numbers play a giant role in your success.

Why?

Because these numbers give you a clear picture of what's happening inside your body.

You can’t always rely on how you feel to know if things are moving in the right direction!

For example, I get my numbers checked every 6 months because it helps me stay proactive about my health and make sure my habits are supporting my long-term goals.

It’s a simple step that gives me peace of mind and keeps me on track.

Still, only 20% of adults know their numbers…

So if you haven’t checked lately, consider making an appointment this week to start the process!

I’ve been waiting for this! 🙌

The holidays can be so busy, but I always remind myself how important it is to carve out time for fun and relaxation.

This year, I’m especially looking forward to some baking and walking around town to see all the lights!

It’s amazing to be in the kitchen and create my own treats and it forces me to carve out time to be more present and get out of the house.

So, here’s my invitation for you…

Why swap pasta for spaghetti squash? Let me count the ways!👇

For one, this winter squash is in season right now and packed with nutrients like vitamin C and B vitamins.

The best part? When you cook and shred spaghetti squash, it “magically” transforms into a delicious noodle alternative!

If you’re trying to stick to a hormone-friendly diet, spaghetti squash is a great addition to your meals.

Second, it’s easy to prepare!

All you have to do is…
👉 Slice it in half
👉 Scoop out the seeds
👉 Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and roast for 40-45 minutes

Then scrape out the strands with a fork and serve with your favorite sauce. Perfect for cozy, winter meals!

Ever let perfectionism get in your way of starting something new? 🙋‍♀️

When it comes to getting back into shape or improving your nutrition, it’s easy to get caught up in overthinking.

You see tons of tips on social media…

You hear lots of different advice from friends and family…

And if you’re not careful, you can end up stuck, waiting for the “perfect” time or plan to begin.

But here’s the thing…

Consider that you just need to START.

My clients always tell me they wish they had started sooner.

Even small steps like going for a 10-minute walk or swapping one processed snack for a whole food option can create a ripple effect of progress over time!

Time will pass anyway…
