Choosing myself means honouring myself in all the ways I need to fully thrive. It means showing up for myself, it means saying Yes to me. It’s also taking care of myself in such a way that I can show up in the world as the best version of me, not just for me, but for others!
I swear sometimes I feel like I’m not made for this world.. I feel too sensitive, too open, too misunderstood, too much, not enough… but when I silence the noise and focus on choosing me, I am reminded of my wholeness and everything feels a little lighter!
