T’is the season for colds and congestion…but here’s something most people don’t know: sinus congestion is connected to what’s happening in your feet.

In reflexology, the toes correspond to the head reflexes. When our toes are crammed into narrow shoes, circulation decreases — especially to areas linked to the neck, eyes, and face. This can cause sinus pressure leading to congestion.

One simple way to ease this pressure? Toe spacers. They help restore space, circulation, and balance through the entire chain of the body.

Same starting position — completely different Pilates exercises challenging the body on different levels.

Torso Press Prep builds core stability while improving shoulder mobility and control. The focus is on hinging from the hips, maintaining a neutral spine, and resisting the pedal as it returns.

Isometric Torso Press increases the challenge by holding the shoulders steady while the legs move. This variation targets deep core stability while strengthening the hip flexors, quads, lats, and triceps — all without losing control of the pedal.
