Feeling tired after cancer treatment? Self-Acupressure may help!

A study published in the Journal of American Medical Association of women going through ovarian cancer treatment found self-acupressure is a simple, safe, drug-free option, that can be done at home.

In the 6-week study, daily acupressure was associated with meaningful improvements in fatigue, with over half of participants reaching normal energy levels. These benefits were sustained for up to 24 weeks, with no reported adverse effects.

Swipe to learn the 5 key points and how to use them on yourself.
While not a cure, acupressure may help you regain energy and improve your quality of life during treatment.

Can sesame oil support platelet health? Emerging research suggests it can! With compounds like sesamol and sesamin, it may help protect platelets from oxidative stress and inflammation.

If you want to add sesame seed oil to your diet, here are 4 easy ways to use it:

🌱 Drizzle over roasted veggies
🌱 Add to salad dressings
