Leadership is Leadership - or so I've been told. At ImpactBank we bring the leadership lessons from the for-profit world to the emerging senior leaders in the non-profit/NGO sector. In this sector Leaders are deeply purpose-driven and they need to bring a different touch to inspire and engage all stakeholders AND they benefit from the people development and strategies employed by the best in the for-profit world. As the President/CEO for two small companies and a Director & Senior Performance Consultant in a variety of large corporations, I have more than 25 years’ experience in leadership. I’ve developed front line, middle and senior leaders in the fast-paced, results-oriented industries of telecommunications and financial services and within small-to medium-sized businesses in healthcare and education. I recently earned credentials as a Certified Professional Coach for individuals and teams/systems. ImpactBank has been supporting senior leaders and professionals in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors for the past few years developing communication strategies, establishing and achieving goals and finding clarity through purpose and vision. I’m proudest of the impact I’ve been able to make in leading and coaching hundreds of supervisors, managers and directors throughout my career....it is humbling and heart-warming for me to reconnect with them and learn about their amazing accomplishments. I recently recognized my desire to specifically focus my practice on supporting emerging leaders in the non-profit space and I have been thrilled with the reception and support for my work. Being part of the noble journey of others, even from the side lines, is clearly a privilege.
