Energetics has the ability to strongly impact anyone's life once you have the knowledge. Life has pulled me toward this direction because of my psychic abilities which have always been present in my life. Learning to accept, master and expand them in an environment that has yet to fully understand this aspect of wellness & spirituality, has brought me the gift to teach other women how to do the same. Although it is a fully rounded gift, it comes specifically with the gift of channeling and being able to see anyone's emotional and spiritual pain. This allows insight into how to heal it and through healing, help women arrive at their highest potential. I was nervous to post this, but here it goes.
I chose to end up posting this because my heart will always be with women who chose to heal and the most vulnerable parts to share of ourselves are our wounds. And if I share, I let Light in. And if I let Light in, I inspire others to do the same.
You are never alone in your healing journey.
You are always supported.
I remember finally being brave enough to share my scars, to say them out loud to someone made me feel hope again. I later learned that words when spoken out loud or in our heads, release into the dimensions around us and cast spells on our life.
I later chose to only cast spells that aligned with my empowerment, healing and emotional freedom and saw miracles in my own life happen - physically healing from a disease they told me there was no way out of. Releasing memories that kept my caged and a hostage of pain, a hostage of my past. Energetica alignment that always brings what I need when I need it to achieve my wildest, biggest dreams.
That’s just a fraction, you gotta hear about my client’s miracles. Now those.. bring me to tears almost on a daily

I remember when my calling first hit really profoundly. It was this subtle voice in the back of my mind that whispered from time to time. Especially during sunset and sunrise.
Something deep within me felt a magnetic pull of curiosity that something bigger was possible for me. What meant for me. Was my purpose.
And the more I swam away from it, the louder it got.
Until I said, “okay okay. I hear you. I’m here for it. I’m scared as heck, and have no idea what to do with all this energy and darkness that surrounds it and makes it hard to see clearly. But I’m willing to take a chance and try.”
My body softened. The voice remained. My heart opened. I woke up the next day determined yet not sure at all what needed to happen next.
My first step was writing it all out. It poured out to me and never made sense at the time but when I read back on those words now, it was all right there. I just needed to trust it more.
My journey & purpose is still unfolding everyday. Evolving into new ways of giving back to the world and offers I have.
My one wish that day was that there was someone out there who could help me through that darkness and see my purpose clearly. See my Light fully.
That person became me. This where the birth of my healing/mentor programs came from.
Because I know you’re out there. I can feel you.

A little secret of mine… I have forest sounds on every morning as one of my morning rituals. It’s a non-negationable✅⛅️
It soothes my nervous system and sets the foundation of my day. And because I start every morning with my little ones, they benefit too!
I loveeee music as a key holistic healing tool because it is considered to be the most powerful and effective healing tools we have in holistic medicine. How amazing is that?!

The power of perspective is life altering.
I use the phrase in the photo often as a business owner and mother to two small humans under 5 years old.
If I had more sets of hands they would ALL be doing a tasks.
This can be and has been overwhelming and some days I was debilitated because my stress response was so turned on I would freeze unable to tend to anything - my kids, my business, my relationships.
This lasted less than 24 hrs but always had a profound impact on every area of my life, especially my inner voice.
So when I read this quote and wanted to share it with you, I knew I needed to share my recent a-ha moment I had with it. You know when something just clicks?
My hands are full, yes. I have a constant to do list and I rarely, if ever get a moment to just sit and do nothing but just enjoy.
This use to create anxiety, stress and a perspective of lack - lack of time, lack of resources, lack of energy, lack of love, lack of sleep (the list can go on and on, especially when this frequency is turned on and blazing fire).
But I now feel a full body response that they are full in the best ways. Full of joyous kids, messy hair, endless laundry of clothes we get to wear, beautiful clients, a loving soul partner, long days, short sleeps, meals on our table, growing friendships, growing community, travel, love (the list goes on and on, especially when this frequency is on and blazing fire)😉🤍
So my question to you today is…. can you see the beauty in the fullness of your life? Even when you’re tired, overwhelmed, messy, in freeze mode, late to appointments, running around, planning travel, chasing kids, making meals etc?
When we’re able to see the fullness of our lives and love life back, we tap into an abundance frequency that streams in full force and projects out into our reality.
Tap into your fullness and be in love with this amazing, short life we have.

The physical recovery of my has been one of the deepest challenges of my life. I am 16 months postpartum and feeling so connected internally which was not the case my first time around.
I went from having a personal trainer helping so much with accountability to 4 years of working out on my own through the comfort of my own home. Not only did my workouts get shorter to 20-30 mins cause that’s ALL the time I had with 2 small kids and a business, but they got way more gentle. I mixed in lymphatic drainage and recovering my nervous system to a calmer state and I’ve never felt better! And THAT is a massive thing for me to say - I struggle hugely with body image issues and shame a long long time.
I still have some strengthening to do and physio recovery of my neck, shoulders & pelvic floor but… those small moments every day are what matter the most. The difference is that my intention is rooted in love and not in shame anymore. Showing up consistently in every area of your life that you want to heal or transform and it WILL happen.
Mix in a holistic approach - mind, body, soul, energy, spirit, emotions and it’s a working formula that can’t be beat🤍✨🦋

I’ve taken everything I’ve learned about energetics when it comes to finances and abundance and put it into this course.

I used to believe money caused problems, and would turn me into a bad person.
