We are excited to announce "Reconnect Refresh Rejuvenate" (RRR) with Ami ji and Aditya ji on October 20th between 8:30 am - 12:30 pm in Durham region.
Location: Michaelle Jean Public School, Ajax, ON

Ami ji and Aditya ji are senior teachers who have agreed to come to Durham region to inspire us all with a refresher program.

Ami Soni and Aditya Mahajan are a gifted couple whose married life and spiritual journey have interwoven for the past 25 years. They are known for their humour, serenity, wisdom and unwavering smiles.

The highlights of the RRR program are:

1. Meet and reconnect with AOL family
2. Yoga session
3. Review Ujjayi breathing
4. Long Sudarshana Kriya in Gurudev's voice
5. Do / redo powerful processes to break barriers inhibitions and feel light and bright once again
6. Review golden keys to happiness and profound knowledge on Mind and Emotions

Whenever there is a problem, we either deny it saying there is no problem or we sit to solve the problem and make it a big issue. Neither of these help. A problem does not disappear when you deny it. And it does not get solved when you sit to solve it.

The five steps to solve a problem are:

Acknowledge the problem—it is there.
See it as a small problem, and do not say it is big.
If it concerns people, keep in touch with them instead of avoiding them.
Talk less and give time a chance.
Get together and celebrate.

Chaque fois qu‘il y a un problème, soit nous le nions en disant qu’il n‘y a pas de problème, soit nous nous asseyons pour résoudre le problème et en faire une grande question. Ni l‘un ni l’autre ne vous aideront. Un problème ne disparaît pas lorsque vous le niez et il n’est pas résolu lorsque vous vous asseyez pour le résoudre.

Les cinq étapes pour résoudre un problème sont les suivantes:

Reconnaissez le problème.
Considérez-le comme un petit et non comme un gros problème.

Operating in 154 countries, The Art of Living Foundation (AOLF) is a non-profit, educational and humanitarian organization founded in 1981 by the world-renowned humanitarian and spiritual teacher Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. All of AOLF’s programs are guided by Sri Sri’s philosophy: “Unless we have a stress-free mind and a violence-free society, we cannot achieve world peace.”The AOLF community is diverse and attracts people from all walks of life backgrounds and religious orientations.
