This training combines two forms of psychotherapy: Psychodrama and Bodywork. Psychodrama uses dramatic action methods to free and integrate spontaneity blocked by earlier trauma. Bodywork uses Safe Touch to help individuals connect with the messages.

The Aboriginal Shelters of Ontario has been sponsoring an Advanced group and this is the last full day of their third unit. I have seen so much growth and progress in each of them. It's been a very successful project and the last unit will be in December. I can hardly wait to see what they will have learned and how they will have changed at that time. So, far I'm blown away!
