We specialize in helping those living with chronic conditions and those whose health is at risk because of poverty. We offer more than 35 different medical, counselling and community programs. If we cannot fill a need, we partner with other agencies to coordinate care for our clients. We know that true health can never be achieved unless our clients have access to an adequate income, safe housing, nutritious food and fell truly connected to their community.

Although our Winter Clothing and Gear Giveaway occurred in December, we still have some clothing that we would love to give away, that we would love people to be able to get use of.
