That is the legacy of what we've provided at ONE Health Services while we've called the Long Branch community our home.

Effective March 1st, all appointments will be continued virtually with Dr. Melanie DeCunha, ND and all in-person visits will cease.

If you are a patient, please check your email for important information, or contact us if you have any questions.

While our journey isn’t quite complete, our time within the Long Branch community is coming to a close. Long Branch will always have our heart, and our services will continue to be available in a virtual manner.

In case you haven't heard the news, Dr. DeCunha's family is growing!

Dr. DeCunha is no longer accepting new patients, but will continue seeing existing patients both virtually and in-person until the beginning of February.

Appointments are fully booked for December, however if you need a follow-up visit you can add yourself to the waitlist and we will contact you if a spot becomes available.

Details of her mat leave coverage coming very soon, but rest assured you will be in good hands with a familiar face 🙃

Hiiiii 👋 from our new office!

It's been a few weeks now since we've settled in to our new location just down the street. And I can honestly say that this really does feel like our new home.

While we lost our giant front windows that brought in so much light and warmth, we gained a warm and welcoming space that has already been healing people within these very walls for nearly 70 years.

We have slowly made this space our own, and our practitioners, staff, clients and patients brought our loving and healing vibe over with us.

If you haven't visited us, we look forward to welcoming you in the near future!

📢 2 weeks left to book an in-person appointment at our current space before we move into our new home at 3293 Lake Shore Blvd West! 📢

Recognize the new address? It has been the home of Shoreline Chiropractic for the past nearly 70 years! Dr. Greg Canning has graciously opened up his building to us, where we will share with him and his team.

ONE Health Services will continue to run independently and you will not see any changes at all in the way you book appointments, contact us, are billed, or interact with our staff and practitioners.

All of our staff and practitioners are moving to the new clinic with us with minimal changes to our practitioners' schedules.

Parking will continue to be available directly in front of the clinic by Green P at $1/hour, or free street parking on the neighbouring side streets.

Last day for in-person appointments at 3515 Lake Shore Blvd West, our home of the past 7 years, is Friday March 24th! Make sure to book before then!

Well after nearly 7 years in our beautiful home at 3515 Lake Shore Blvd West, it is time that we moved on and called another location our home.

When I first picked up the keys to our unit, it was a blank canvas with no walls and an unfinished basement. Every paint colour, piece of furniture and art that adorns the clinic was chosen to create a warm and inviting space to welcome our community into.

We often receive comments when people enter the clinic that it feels so peaceful and welcoming. But it isn't just our decor that makes our clinic feel like a home. It's the people. Our staff and practitioners, our clients and community members.

We've shared in so many momentous milestones and occasions here and have celebrated both the big and small wins of our patients' journeys.

Our move is taking us just down the street, still within our Long Branch community. And I am certain that you will feel just as at home in our new space as you do in our current space.
