Neighbourhood Engagement: Responding to & Identifying Community Concerns and Needs

🕕 Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

During this monthly neighbourhood drop-in for September will be responding to any questions from the community about the temporary parkette closure. We are also looking forward to sharing the efforts being made by us in collaboration with community partners to ensure the parkette is a more supportive space when it reopens.

We invite the community to attend the meeting and let us know how we can work together to for a better Parkdale.

From Queen West to Parkdale, your presence helped create spaces of remembrance, connection and action.

Last week, the iPHARE Initiative brought community, compassion and connection to life at the IOAD event at Edward Village Hotel, Fred Victor💜

Through remembrance we honoured lives lost and uplifted those still with us.

This International Overdose Awareness Day, we remember those we've lost and stand with those still fighting.

Criminalizing drug use does not save lives, compassion does.

We must continue to protect and expand harm reduction services, advocate for safer policies, and fight for the dignity and safety of our community.
