For months, Bom Dia Café & Bakery has been the heart behind our daily breakfast program, providing delicious food and coffee to community members who needed a little extra care. This program wasn’t just about a meal; it was about connection. Each breakfast opened the door to vital supports like primary care, medical services, social programming, housing resources and a sense of belonging.
We are deeply grateful. 💛 Thank you for being a partner in building a stronger, more caring Parkdale!

From pop-up clinics and action to winter supply outreach and moments of care inside and outside the Mobile Health Clinic, click through to see what we’ve been up to this year!

🚐 Our wheels were turning with purpose to connect with community. We met people where they were, bringing personal care items, health screenings, education and clinical care. Delivering dignity and connection directly to those who needed it most.
A huge thank you to TELUS Health for fueling this vital work!

Here’s to more kilometres and greater impact in the year ahead! 🎉

Did you know?
Among those living with HIV in Canada, 1 in 10 does not know their status (2022 estimates). Whether the result is positive or negative, testing is an important first step to connect people to care.
