This might be the cutest, happiest, and strongest patient I get to treat šŸ˜‰

Pediatric chiropractic adjustments are incredibly gentle and tailored to a baby’s tiny growing body. Parents often seek care to support comfort, movement, feeding, sleep, and overall development during those early stages of life.

There was a time when many conversations around women’s health were rarely spoken about openly. Today, more women are advocating for themselves, asking questions, and prioritizing their wellbeing — and that progress matters.

In my practice, I’m grateful to be part of that progress by supporting women through treatments, education, and conversations that help them feel understood and cared for.

This International Women’s Day, we celebrate how far we’ve come — and the continued progress toward a future where women’s health is always valued, supported, and openly discussed.

Patient stories inspire me every single day. They remind me why I chose this profession and why I continue to show up fully for each person who walks through my door.

What makes this work so rewarding isn’t just relieving pain — it’s witnessing progress. It’s seeing someone walk in feeling uncomfortable or discouraged, and over time, watching their posture change, their movement improve, their confidence return. Knowing how they’re sleeping better, training again, or simply feeling more like themselves.

It truly means more than you know ā¤ļø

Did you know scoliosis can develop without any pain at all?

Many people are surprised to learn that a lateral curvature of the spine often goes unnoticed — especially in teens during growth spurts.

Sometimes the only signs are subtle:
ā•Uneven shoulders
ā•One hip sitting higher than the other
ā•Rib prominence
ā•Persistent back discomfort

Over time, scoliosis affects posture, muscle balance, and overall spinal movement.

In my practice, chiropractic care focuses on supporting the spine through:ļæ½
✨Gentle, specific adjustments
✨Reducing tension in overworked muscles
✨Postural awareness and strengthening
✨Targeted corrective exercises

Chiropractic can help to prevent progression of curvature, improve mobility, decrease discomfort, and support better function — especially when care is consistent and individualized.

If you’ve noticed changes in posture (for you or your child), reach out to your local chiropractor to get checked ~ it’s always worth getting assessed!
