Really looking forward to sharing this conversation I had with about the connection we share as women to our voices and our wombs.

Finding my voice is daily work for me. A little thing here or there that matter to my Soul yet I push away because I don’t want to be “too much” or an “inconvenience” is a form of self abandonment.

Deepening in the voice / womb connection has helped me stay true to myself, even when it’s uncomfortable.

One day this hair won’t be red anymore, it will be fused with silvers/greys/ & golds

One day my womb won’t bleed anymore, the red River will cease & dry

One day my body will wrinkle & softly whisper the wisdom it’s acquired

In many native traditions it is believed our hair is an extension of our Spirit & that is only cut only when there is a death.

For me, my hair has always been an interesting mirror for me. The thing I used to hate the most as a child (because I was teased) to then love it later in my teens (would cut or & donate to make wigs for kids with Cancer) to then over indulging beauty in my 20ies & 30ies (keeping it long but always hiding it in a ponytail)

My relationship with my hair has taught me how strong I am. How generous my body is & my beauty doesn’t radiate from my physical appearance, but from my heart

Last year before turning 40 I did a massive cut. 15+ inches gone. Released it in a scared fire to connect with Spirit & this new me.

This weekend my girl cut it for me (she’s amazing btw - go see her in TO) and we got 9.5 inches.

9.5 inches in a year… I knew my hair grew fast but that surprised me.

I took the hair home and to my alter as I will be offering it back to the earth and what I heard while at my alter was to do this every year in my 40ies and bring the hair to my Paqarina (the River closest to where I was born) every fall.

What an exciting request! I absolutely will do this.

It feels like a beautiful energetic reset, releasing the old and start fresh again new. Celebrating the progress of how far I’ve come and acknowledging all I had to let go to become it.

Who I am today is vastly different than who I was years ago. I’m in awe of myself.

My love affair with the moon

My love affair with the earth

My love affair with myself

All separate, yet all intertwined.

Reflecting the perfect timing of my blessings. Reminding me of my inner emotional cycles.

Amplifying my Light and Shadow

Taking my tears and pain

Holding me closely. Speaking to me always.

Life without you is now a distant memory. Grateful for our connection once again. To live in harmony with you, your Light and all your parts.

Through you, I found me. I found sleepless night. I found my deepest fears and most glorious pleasure. I feel you and hear you call out to me, your sweet child.

I don’t think many can feel like me. So deeply, so openly, so giving. I feel so much it hurts sometimes.

You remind me of my Divinity and cyclical nature. Reminding me I’m forever changing yet always returning whole.

Grandmother Moon bless us on this full moon to see our Divinity & to be open to evolve in the ways our Souls call.

May this prayer reach all those in need. May they feel the depth of our Love and illuminating Light.

May we all feel so deeply loved and connected to you.

Last night I stayed up watching the moon move through the sky.

Just before 11pm her piercing light poured onto the end of my bed with a sweet whisper to come lay in her light.

I moved all my pillows, journal, & book to be with her.

The stillness of her beauty captured my heart. She told me that my life is art. That my tears, worries, and fears are to be honoured and carried through the night & will melt in her moonlight.

She reminded me of the love I seek is within me.

Tears flowed as my body integrated her wisdom.

My body wide open, all I could feel was this deep trust and love that this is true and that all I’ve ever wanted was you. You to show me the way and hold me through the loneliness I’ve felt for so long. You to make love to me with your light and return me to the source of all Creation. My heart. My Love. My Soul.

Around 230am the moon was just behind a tree, playing peek-a-boo with me. My body began to prepare for rest.

She offered me space to let things from the past melt away. Past beliefs, past thoughts, past experiences, past pain.

The cycle is complete and now I am a new. I can meet myself wholeheartedly in this new way of begin.

I can own the gifts, keep the treasures, give & receive from a place of abundance and overflow.

I cried so many tears for all the women who have cried alone like I have. I cried tears of sorrow for all the women who believed like I have that we have to do this alone. I cried tears of power calling out to these women that I want to serve you. You don’t have to do this alone and I’m here to support you.

Sisters, it’s time. The energy of Heaven on Earth is asking us to choose. Choose new thoughts, choose new beliefs, choose a new way of being. Choose yourself above all else. Choose to heal yourself so the future generations can live in harmony.

The choice begins within. The choice needs to happen now and in every day. Choose heaven. Choose yourself.

My heart is so available to support you in creating this heaven on earth that begins within.

Thank you to the beautiful sisters who came to the healing circle tonight. So much gratitude to you. Gathering with others is such a beautiful thing my Soul loves to do. Building community & connections within community is truly one of my superpowers, I just love doing it & seeing what unfolds within it.

Experiencing the energy of tonight’s gathering unfold all day was so lovely. Tuning in this morning alongside the pouring rain & feeing the energetics begin to communicate & share is always one of my favourite parts of creating these intuitively led events. I only ever get glimpses of the vision & allow Spirit to lead the rest. I knew tonight was going to be special based off what was felt this morning.
The connections between what’s shared and what unfolds is always so beautiful to witness. A role I hold dear to my 💜

This evening had a theme of village and community. It highlighted the disconnect with our mothers & also showed our connection WITH Mother Earth too.

We had women of various ages and backgrounds packed with their ancestors wisdom & cheers. We came to the alter with beautiful intentions that will blossom over the next year.

The connection between mother and daughter is a potent one. There’s so much more here to explore. It’s a medicine I’m very called to work with right now. I hear the call loud and clear.

I’m so grateful and excited to be able to serve in this way. How special that I get to use my life to be in service to creating heaven on earth? Thank you to all those who trust me to be your guide. It’s an honour I hold dearly.

After the event was complete I went for a walk by the lake. It’s important to ground the energy & also cleanse my field before returning home. What unfolded was beyond what my little mind could imagine.

As I strolled so slowly down the paths near the lake, Spirit took over me. I walked with such intention, feeling every step on the earth. I listened to the most beautiful music that invited my Soul to align even more with my highest timeline. I anchored in so much light, I literally ended up at the Lighthouse (this is not where I started my walk but was called there & could not deny it).

Can you let yourself feel?

The sting in your heart? the collapsing of your shoulders? The burning in your yoni? The tightening of your throat and chest?

Can you let yourself feel the explosive rage? The waves sadness? The undeniable guilt and shame?

Can you let yourself feel or do you try and distract from the pain? Gaslighting yourself out of the experience by brushing it off & questioning your feelings.

When we have an emotional response to a situation or person, our body has a chemical response that lasts 90 seconds.

90 seconds, that’s it. That’s all you have to do is feel for 90 seconds.

Sometimes for me, 90 seconds feels like a life sentence. It’s so unbearable I have to spill that energy out in an unhealthy way.

Understanding our bodies and how they respond to things is very supportive in our journey of healing. Knowing that 90 seconds is all an emotion (energy in motion) needs to run through the body we can begin to build our tolerance and our ability to hold sensation in our body increases. We begin to learn how to hold the emotions (energy in motion) and also know when they are compete. This is also important because if the chemical response lasts 90 seconds, that means anything beyond that is a choice to continue in a story.

This is the point of power.

After the 90 seconds has passed, we now get to choose. We can choose to finish the emotional cycle or to continue in a mental narrative of what’s happening.

Sometimes that choice is easier said than done. And that doesn’t mean you can’t try again and again and again until you get it.

That’s why it’s a PRACTICE because we must be devoted to continuing to turn back to ourselves and our truth no matter how many times we miss the mark (eg. riding the 90 second wave w/o attaching to a story).

Understanding our emotions and how we experience them in the body is some of the beautiful work we explore inside the womb awakening 1:1 private container. We learn to regulate and allow our nervous system to experience the emotion moving through it and we can come to the other side which is stillness and peace.

Learning to care for ourselves doesn’t have to be done alone.

Why Alliance Weekend?

Alliance Weekend was created to bring awareness to the ongoing suppression of Indigenous people in Canada, the lands in which we reside. Thousands of Indigenous people in Canada DO NOT have access to clean water, ongoing GENOCIDE of Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women, Girls and 2 Spirited Individals, Daily discoveries of unmarked graves from Residential Schools, Arrests and Violent treatment of Land Defenders, Extrobent cost of food on Reserves, Nature destroyed by Dams, Pipelines, Oil Sands, Industry, Mik’maq Fishing Crisis, and Colonization of Traditional Indigineous Ways.

As we work with medicine from South America, we have also formed alliances with the Matses Tribe and Q’ero Paqos to ensure sacred reciprocity and that medicine is being collected ethically.

My life is a vassal of healing.

Healing the pain and cries of the women in my lineage.

Altering our DNA through every tear and pain that’s felt. Releasing the density in our bloodline so that the future generations don’t need to carry it.

Recently I’ve been called by my maternal grandmother to heal within the maternal.

What a powerful ask.

Since beginning this intentional healing of the maternal line, it’s been deep and fast. The line needs me and is supporting me along. It’s a deep and humble call.

As their pain leaves my body, I don’t feel alone in it. I go deep in it knowing my life has prepared me for this moment.

This is why I’m here, this is what we came to do. To be good ancestors. To clear the pain they felt. I chose this.

Last night I touched into some deep spots. Pain I’ve felt for years now understanding it was never mine alone.

From as young as I remember, I used to cry alone in my room. Feeling alone was a natural state of being for me. Last night, the depth of this pain came forward to be expressed. The sounds and tears that came out of me were definitely not my own. I heard the cries of my ancient grandmothers release from deep inside my being.

Their pain in mine.

To be a good ancestors means to take responsibility for our lives and everything in it. This is courageous work, especially if you’ve been through a lot in your life.

Generational Healing is a powerful way to tap in and unlock the healing of your lineage from a place of so sovereignty and self honouring.

Your ancestors want you to live the embodiment of their prayers. To be free, to live and give Love.

Life on this is so magical.

My bleed started 3 days early today just to align with the solstice.

I went in ceremony this morning to express gratitude and thanks for life here on earth and another turning of the wheel.

I pulled a card from my Celtic Tree Oracle deck asking for a message for this next turning of the wheel and this is what I got. The trees name significantly stood out to me (if you know you know) and the message was so potent and clear I wanted to share it with you all.

This tree governs the winter solstice, which is a half turn of the wheel from where we are now.

It offers protection from situations, people and things that are not for your highest good. It invites in more ecstasy and bless. More creative expression and to w**d out all the thoughts and beliefs that do not align with your Higher Self (totally the deep work I’ve been in recently).

It offers a deeper trust in your discernment and intuition which I absolutely love because I still doubt my intuition sometimes.

So grateful for every client that steps forward into one of the containers I hold.

This week was a beautiful reminder of the power to go within, to witness our parts and to love them tenderly.

I’m always the first client. My medicine is to show you all the ways you look for things outside of you that is already within. This is my medicine to offer because it is the medicine I’ve been initiated through on my own path. The work I share comes from firsthand experience. I understand your pain and see what’s awaiting you as well.

I am calling forward three courageous women who are ready to embody their Souls essence & wisdom.

I have openings in my introductory 6 week womb awakening program. This is a private 1:1 container where we will explore the conditioned programming around ourselves as women and womb carriers with an emphasis of exploring the traumas and gifts that was passed through the maternal lineage. It’s truly beautiful work. Women are changing their way of being, how they relate to themselves and the world. We are exploring some really beautiful places as each session is intuitively and energetically guided.

I’ve been feeling your call to gather in ceremony with other sisters and I’d love to invite you to a healing circle for women on Monday June 26th from 7-9pm at the Aura Room in Mississauga.

This sister circle was birthed from the potent messages of our ancestors reminding us we do not have to do this alone. It was never intended to be this way and it’s time to fuse the life force energy we all hold back together in community.

The ancient ones knew the power of prayer in community. Our ancestors would gather to sing, drum, pray, celebrate and heal in community and I’d like to offer that to us on June 26th, 2023.
