We wanted to reach out to you today regarding recent interactions with representatives from Awakend, LLC, and its distributors.
It has come to our attention that Awakend personnel and/or its distributors have been improperly contacting BrainTap customers, potentially leading to misunderstandings regarding our professional Partnership program and proprietary NeuralChek™ assessment tool.
Please be informed that Awakend does not possess the right to license or sell BrainTap’s products or its mobile app and its copyrighted content for any commercial, business, or professional use, nor are they authorized to sell our proprietary NeuralChek™ tool. If you were led to believe otherwise, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience.
If you purchased a professional Partnership through Awakend or were told by an Awakend representative that you could use your BrainTap purchase in your business, and/or were told that you could reserve a NeuralChek™ through Awakend to be delivered later, please contact our Partner Hotline at 252-888-4306 as
soon as possible. We genuinely care about your BrainTap experience and will do everything we can to assist you.

Additionally, effective April 1, 2024, we will be updating our mobile app to match our subscription terms. For personal-use subscribers, access will be limited to 2 devices per subscription and 5 plays per day for each device. We believe these adjustments will enhance the quality and accessibility of our services for all members of our community. Official BrainTap Partners will continue to have unlimited access.
