💊 Your daily reminder to take CoQ10 if you're serious about egg quality.

Many basic prenatals don't contain enough (studies suggest 400-600 mg daily for women and 300 mg for men), so check your label and consider a separate supplement or include more CoQ10 friendly foods in your meals.
