1st Downsview MedVents

1st Downsview MedVents MedVents is a Scouts Canada group sponsored by Toronto Paramedic Services. MedVents is a Scouts Canada vocational Venturer Company and Rover Crew.

The group consists of male and female youth, ages 14 to 25.
1st Downsview has a partnership between Toronto Paramedic Services and Scouts Canada. Toronto Paramedic Services training staff provide the youth with EMS certified first aid training as well as orientation in EMS procedures. The trained youth are then available to volunteer and provide first aid support at venues around Toronto and with

We had a great time at the Emergency Services SkillsCamp (ESSC) this past weekend. It was a great learning opportunity for our youth. A huge thank you to Toronto Paramedic Services Middlesex-London Paramedic Service Toronto Police Service, Divisions, 22 Division for making this event such a success. We got to try all sorts of skills and to meet with vocational venturers and rovers from all around southern Ontario.
