February is the shortest month, which makes it the perfect time for a high-energy challenge! My family and I are officially taking on a 28-Day Push-Up Challenge to see who can build the most strength (and who collapses first). The goal is 1000 push ups in 28 days.
I would love others to join in to keep me accountable and have a little healthy competition along the way.
