Its a first

One of the reasons is that we are upgrading our flooring.
Our old good carpet is being changed to this new fancy engineered vinyl.

The second reason is that
most of our Chiropodists are way to Portugal.
Our lovely Diane an amazing Alex decided to tie the knot there
So happy for them
