Away on vacay? Dont let your time off get you off your fitness plan!
❤️No cardio equipment to get the heart rate going and warm up on? - Take a walk; alternate brisk walking for a minute with 3 minutes of regular walking for a total of 20 minutes
🏋♂️No gym/weight training equipment? Use some bands, water bottles, grocery bags; be creative! We love bands (banded rows, deadlifts, and shoulder fly pictured) Get to a park outside with some monkey bars that you can use for some body weight exercises and/or to anchor your bands on. If there is a will, there is a way!💪🏽
🆒️ Cool down with some light stretching
