45 MINUTES
F45 is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. We aim to burn up to 750 calories per 45-minute session. Our functional training classes continuously evolve so virtually no two workout are ever the same! The motivation and encouragement in a group training facility creates a pulsing, upbeat environment where goals are met and exceeded. RESULTS. When it comes to weight management, good nutrition is vital. Phase 8's Wyvern & Drift came in HOT this week at F45 Yorkdale, and our crew crushed it 💪

➡️ Wyvern had us flying through power and cardio with speed, agility, and all-out effort (aka: you vs. gravity 🏃‍♀️⚡).

➡️ Drift flowed in with strength and balance. Think core control, controlled tempo, and the kind of burn that makes you say “just one more rep”… then actually do it!
