Our Story
I see many clients experiencing hormonal disruption. Some are suffering from infertility, some emotional illness, some from side effects or after effects of hormonal contraception, and some want to quit hormonal contraception because of the risks. When I suggested the cervical cap as a safe alternative to clients, each came back telling me that no one - not their doctors, not their women's health clinics - knew about a cervical cap available in North America. Surprised, I began to track down cervical caps only to find that one by one they had been bought out and discontinued. Until I found the FemCap and its affable, passionately pro-woman inventor, Doctor Alfred Shihata. Two years later, I am proud to announce that I import FemCaps directly after my Canadian distributor dropped them. I thank my clients all over North America who have supported me in selling the FemCap and the natural spermicide, ContraGel Green, and who have chosen to order from Anarres rather than a big pharma/supplement supply house. I am happy to offer each of my FemCap and ContraGel clients ongoing health and product consultation. I have recently added CycleBeads to my product and workshop offerings. CycleBeads are a way of using the Standard Days Method of natural family planning. CycleBeads® look like a necklace, but are actually a tool that helps a woman track her cycle and clearly identify the days when pregnancy is most likely. The method is proven to be more than 95% effective at preventing pregnancy. I offer free information sessions on hormone-free contraception. If you know a group that might be interested, please put us in touch. And thanks!
