Here’s one thing I’d never recommend having at home: a bean bag chair. 🙅‍♀️

Sure, they look fun and cozy, but as a physio, I can tell you they’re not doing your body any favors 👇

🪑 They don’t support your spine → hello, slouching & back strain.
🧓 They’re tough to get out of → extra stress on knees & lower back.
🎯 They create uneven pressure → muscles end up stiff and sore.
💆 They can worsen pain → especially if you already have back, hip, or neck issues.

So while they might feel comfy at first, your spine and joints will thank you for choosing a chair with proper support instead.✨
