This Remembrance Day, we take a moment of silence to reflect on the courage and sacrifice of those who served. We also recognize the unseen battles that many veterans face, struggles with mental health, trauma, and the weight of their experiences.

At Launch Behavioural Health, we believe remembrance is more than reflection, it’s a call to care. Supporting mental wellness, offering space to share stories, and checking in on those who served are ways we can honour their legacy every day.

Take a moment today to listen and connect. Acts of care are a powerful way to remember.
