Private or semi-private classes with your friends. We can heal our mind, body and spirit through CHAKRA YOGA.

The classes are tailored to your personal needs or preferences. We can work on building your stamina and increase your endurance levels. The stretching of the muscles stimulates blood flow to different body parts,thereby encouraging the circulation of blood. This improves oxygen and nutrient supply to these parts making them stronger. Yoga also stimulates metabolism activity in the body and helps tone the body, aiding the weight loss process. Various poses also help improve the balance and posture of the body. Moreover, the joints and tendons are lubricated, thereby increasing flexibility. Each chakra represents a certain life skill we aspire to achieve to live a virtuous life such as compassion, self-acceptance and social abilities. Through life's ups and downs, emotional upsets and stress, our natural energy flows can become unbalanced and blocked. Chakra yoga is a method of balancing energy, clearing blockages and recharging. Chakra Yoga facilitates this balance of body, spirit and mind process by coordinating yoga poses that impact each of the chakras. These poses are combined with breathing and meditation technique to evenly distribute energy. SPIRiTUAL HOUSE CLEANSING:
Spiritual cleansing is done to remove the negative energies or unwelcome spirits, entities from your home using purifying herbs. It is good to cleanse your home once in a while to adjust the emotional environment of your home and maintain peace. Whether you are moving to a new home or renting a place for new office, it is good to have it blessed or cleanse it by yourself to ward off negative energies and bring positive vibrations.

*INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE:
