I volunteered to coach kids track and field. But the weather gods decided to rain, make it cold and well … children were wet tied and hungry. 😬
The stadium didn’t have a lot of shelter.
BUT seeing my boy run makes me so happy 🥰

I gave myself a partial day off to walk, have a coffee, and connect with my intuition. I used to do this all the time, but lately, life has been on what feels like a treadmill. I spent months trying to survive school, kids, and work. Now, work happens at all hours of the day. I’m not sure if it’s the healthiest, but sometimes clients need a quote, and they can only talk at night after their work day is done. or on a Saturday.

I’m that parent taking a call during basketball games, I was taking them before class.

And today, walking here on Sterling with the backdrop of the MOCA, buzz of construction and smell of Nestle chocolate factory, this came to me.

I’m not dimming my light for anyone.
I’m meant to shine.

So on the eve of Mothers day, or Asian Heritage month, Dont dim your light for anyone.
