Lifted and balanced breast reduction ⚖️

This patient is just 3 months post-op from her liposuction-assisted breast reduction! She came to us with noticeable asymmetry to the size and hang of her breasts and was looking to alleviate back/neck strain and balance the overall look. ✨

Using Dr. Beber’s specialty liposuction technique, both breasts were reduced and lifted; removing 638g from the right breast and 377g from the left to create a proportionate breast reduction.

This patient came to us with a previous scar from a tummy tuck. Similar to a C-section scar, we’re able to perform a MINI tummy tuck that creates a smaller incision area to tighten the skin and revise the look of the scar.

See in slide 3 how much this area was tightened!

For her MastoAug (breast lift + augmentation) we lifted the entire breast, reduced & replaced the ar**la, and added SSM365cc implants under the muscle to completely reverse the look of breastfeeding and weight fluctuation.

Patience is KEY when healing from any surgery.

Feeling numbness and even the occasional “zinging” pain around the ni**le after breast augmentation is completely normal. Many patients (upwards of 95%) regain full sensation back to the ni**le once nerves settle.

While there is a small number of patients who don’t regain 100% of sensation back to their ni**le and lower quadrant of the breast, it’s important to stay patient during your healing process.

Just like the implant “dropping and fluffing” period that means upwards of 1 year post-op.

We approach all breast augmentations uniquely: tailoring surgical decisions and implants to YOUR anatomy and goals.

But, patients of different ethnic backgrounds can also have various factors to consider too:

🔹Likelihood of keloid scarring
🔹Hyperpigmentation
🔹Smaller breast width
🔹Narrower ribcage

Many patients of Asian descent naturally have tighter skin and a smaller breast footprint which means our approach to implant selection and scar management often has to be even more precise.

Using a SSM295 implant under the muscle, we were able to get this patient a soft, full result with minimal scarring.
