On Tuesday, 1000 am, 3 March 2026, the Rude Awakening Tour will have Sage and her mom Beth on a live. Sage wrote a book after her and her mom seeing the lone hen lying there, alive surrounded by her massacred flock. Their hearts were shattered into a million pieces. In the second picture is Ruby and they have had her for about 3 weeks and the two have been attached ever since. We know how much dogs can help us, this morning i didn't want to get out of bed. I finally took Spark and Phoenix to do their business and went back to bed crying. Finally, after Phoenix wouldnt stop, i got up to take them for a walk. The smiles at the front desk helped too. Thank you Sage and Beth for what you've done, we love yas!

Pick up your copy of Sound of Silence - Eternally Beautiful Forever Loved. Its only available in paperback, I ended up buying a hard copy of another book, same name almost. Another post to follow.

Today we ran out to Seven Wolf Retreat and checked it out. Spartan Wellness did an interview with him and how it started and why. John talked about the purpose we have when we were in and how we need it when we are out, and I couldnt agree with you more. It was a great afternoon, and Rob Brown i hope your ears were ringing. We told a few Airborne stories and I brought your name up. My Life For You, Airborne! The dogs had so much fun they're napping now!! Oh and last thing, we talked about my sleep over at Griffins Pub in Oromocto, NB. Stop in there some time, and check out the booth i slept in, LOL.
John, youre doing an awesome thing here, love the area, love what youre doing. Some work ahead of you but perhaps a few brothers and sisters will stop and give a hand. Thank you very much to Tom Murphy for arranging everything and bringing lunch, You Rock. PS. Love the glass work of Seven Wolf Retreat.

First off thanks to Mercedes who grabbed my laundry for me, I failed to hit the start button and went an hour later and it was not done obviously. When I stay somewhere long enough I like to put things out I was given or bought. I got Arthur Pawlowski to sign the book in memory of my mom Carol and Grandmother Hazel, who would have loved a copy. Also, a photo album from my time at the Ostrich farm, thanks to Allison. I have a film roll i need to get out of my truck and i got an idea thanks to Christine Haco-oja. Last night we unpacked everything, so i could find my polident to clean my mouth guard. We repacked it all and I just borrowed the vacuum and cleaned the floor. Now we can relax. This is where I come to help reset me, this is our holiday home, our place that helps my mental health. The people, the town, the Central Dog Park (5 min walk from hotel), and this hotel is at the centre of it all. I served in the Canadian Airborne Regiment from 1990-1995 here in Petawawa. We are staying here as Friends and Family, thank you Quality Inn Petawawa, we Love you all. Jamie, you Rock sir!
