⭐July’s Employee of The Month is Harjinder Singh! ⭐

At Elite, we recognize employees who provide outstanding service by exceeding their job responsibilities through our Elite Employment Award.

Harjinder has been with Elite Residential Concierge Services since October 2022.

He joined the team as a Concierge and was promoted to Recruitment Coordinator within the Human Resource team in November 2023.

Harjinder completed his studies in Human Resources Management while working as a Concierge with Elite. He has exemplified what it takes to be a valued member of the Elite family.

He works at all levels of the organization's management, operations, and HR teams to coordinate hiring at Elite and continuously improve the employee experience.

He continues to enhance his professional skills by cross-training with his team members and, when requested, has covered roles to ensure continuity of service. He brings a positive attitude to the talent acquisition team, which requires tact and high customer service.

Through his efforts, we have identified and hired some of the best security professionals at Elite to support all our sites across the GTA.
