Our Role
Our role involves creating a comprehensive drug therapy plan for patient-specific problems, identifying goals of therapy, and reviewing all prescribed medications prior to dispensing. The review process involves an evaluation of the appropriateness of the drug therapy (e.g., drug choice, dose, route, frequency, and duration of therapy) and drug interaction. Other services includes: a) Medication reviews-appointments to review complex prescription with a pharmacist. b) Organizing your medication-compliance packaging c) Free home delivery d) Pharmacy smoking cessation program e) Sharp disposal and unused drug disposal program
