I work on everyone from infants to elders, surgical scar tissue to repetitive strain issues due to computer posture & highly sought after relaxation in this post pandemic world. My name is Christina Gouveia, Registered Massage Therapist in practice since 2011. I am trained in General Swedish Techniques from Sutherland-Chan Massage School & Teaching Clinic in Toronto. What I am most passionate about is Therapeutic Breast Massage, Hydro Therapy & Scar Tissue treatments. Anyone with questions on general breast health, circulation, surgical scar tissue release & maintenance I encourage you to visit with me. Additional techniques I use include:

- Light pressure & Cranial-Sacral techniques for headaches and post concussion symptoms

- Hot Stone massage, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release & sport taping effective for the ever present Repetitive Strain Injuries
