As we welcomed the New Year, we were finally able to gather for our annual staff appreciation party. I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful therapist on our team. Although this greeting comes a little late, we would like to take this moment to extend our heartfelt New Year’s wishes.

Last year, we were blessed with many clients, including countless referrals.
 The trust, gratitude, warm words, and smiles we receive from our clients continue to inspire and support us every day.

We will keep working to enhance the quality of our services and to create a space where clients feel they want to return. We also hope to contribute more to our community in meaningful ways.

Thank you very much for your continued support in 2025. Wishing you a wonderful 2026, and we look forward to serving you in the year ahead.

Join us for a cozy, hands-on workshop where you’ll make four adorable mochi treats, perfect for the Halloween and autumn season!

Date: October 26th (Sun)
Time: 11:00-12:30, 1:30-3:00
Location:

During the class, you’ll learn about the ingredients, how to prepare the mochi dough and filling, and some helpful wrapping techniques.

After making your mochi, you’ll get to enjoy one on the spot and take the remaining three home.

Our instructor, Kumi, is passionate about using natural, high-quality ingredients — even the sugar and coloring are chosen with care to keep things as wholesome as possible.

This workshop is open to everyone — friends, couples all welcome!

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and trust in our services over the years. Thanks to you, Nagomi Beauty Room is celebrating its 14th anniversary.

We have always strived to keep costs as low as possible, but with the ongoing rise in product prices and a significant increase in rent, our operating expenses have risen considerably. After carefully reviewing our financial situation, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our service prices, effective April 1, 2025.　This will help us keep up with rising business costs such as [materials/supplies/labour].

The new prices will be reflected on our website starting April 1. Until then, you can continue to enjoy our services at the current rates. We are also working closely with our team to introduce new menu options, to revise treatments to make them more accessible for regular visits, and improve our booking system.

We deeply value each and every one of our clients, and we hope for your understanding that this price adjustment is necessary to ensure the sustainability of our business while maintaining the high quality of service that you expect from us.

We are grateful that over the years, we have more clients who are visiting us as a three-generation family. Mothers introduce our services to their own mothers and daughters. Each generation has different concerns and skincare needs, but it is truly special and rewarding to be entrusted with the care of loved ones through these referrals.

Recently, we have also seen an increase in teenage clients booking appointments for acne and skin concerns. As a mother of two teenagers myself, I find it deeply fulfilling to connect with them and provide guidance on their skincare journey.

Acne care is not just about in-spa treatments—it also requires consistent care at home. That’s why we offer advice on skincare routines, diet, and lifestyle habits to help our clients achieve lasting results and feel good about their skin.

Starting acne care early, whether for prevention or at the initial stages, leads to better outcomes. (Early treatment also can help prevent acne in adult years and reduce scars.)

Our Acupuncturists, TCM, an Nutritionist and aestheticians will be working as a team to support you all.

With the hustle and bustle of the New Year, we didn’t have the opportunity to properly take the time to express our gratitude. So, we would like to take this moment to do so.

From all of us at the Nagomi team, we sincerely appreciate your continued warmth and support over the years. Your smiles and kind words have often lifted us up, even during our busiest and most exhausting times. It is because of our wonderful customers and the support of our community that we have been able to continue our journey for the past 13 years.

Though we may not always be perfect, we will continue to cherish every moment spent with our customers and strive to create a space where you always feel welcome and want to return.
