We sincerely appreciate your continued support and trust in our services over the years. Thanks to you, Nagomi Beauty Room is celebrating its 14th anniversary.

We have always strived to keep costs as low as possible, but with the ongoing rise in product prices and a significant increase in rent, our operating expenses have risen considerably. After carefully reviewing our financial situation, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our service prices, effective April 1, 2025.　This will help us keep up with rising business costs such as [materials/supplies/labour].

The new prices will be reflected on our website starting April 1. Until then, you can continue to enjoy our services at the current rates. We are also working closely with our team to introduce new menu options, to revise treatments to make them more accessible for regular visits, and improve our booking system.

We deeply value each and every one of our clients, and we hope for your understanding that this price adjustment is necessary to ensure the sustainability of our business while maintaining the high quality of service that you expect from us.

We are grateful that over the years, we have more clients who are visiting us as a three-generation family. Mothers introduce our services to their own mothers and daughters. Each generation has different concerns and skincare needs, but it is truly special and rewarding to be entrusted with the care of loved ones through these referrals.

Recently, we have also seen an increase in teenage clients booking appointments for acne and skin concerns. As a mother of two teenagers myself, I find it deeply fulfilling to connect with them and provide guidance on their skincare journey.

Acne care is not just about in-spa treatments—it also requires consistent care at home. That’s why we offer advice on skincare routines, diet, and lifestyle habits to help our clients achieve lasting results and feel good about their skin.

Starting acne care early, whether for prevention or at the initial stages, leads to better outcomes. (Early treatment also can help prevent acne in adult years and reduce scars.)

Our Acupuncturists, TCM, an Nutritionist and aestheticians will be working as a team to support you all.

With the hustle and bustle of the New Year, we didn’t have the opportunity to properly take the time to express our gratitude. So, we would like to take this moment to do so.

From all of us at the Nagomi team, we sincerely appreciate your continued warmth and support over the years. Your smiles and kind words have often lifted us up, even during our busiest and most exhausting times. It is because of our wonderful customers and the support of our community that we have been able to continue our journey for the past 13 years.

Though we may not always be perfect, we will continue to cherish every moment spent with our customers and strive to create a space where you always feel welcome and want to return.

Great gift idea for this Father’s Day! 👨

Happy 2024 ❤️

Yesterday, I finally was able to treat the hardworking, kind and talented therapists at Nagomi❤️ Some of them have worked with me for more than ten years.

I am just so fortunate to have them on my team.

As you might have already known, we were featured in in March 2023. Thanks to the article, we welcomed many new clients. We also welcomed many clients referred by our long term and regular customers. That means so much to us.

I would like to thank you all for your continued support, trust and caring during the past year.

We don’t have a receptionist and we don’t have the most convenient booking system. We are not really good with social media advertising either but we always try our best so you feel every minute you spend here at Nagomi is worthwhile so you can leave here with a glow and a smile 😊.

We look forward to seeing and treating you in 2024.

Season’s greetings!

December was crazy with many many appointments and our annual holiday market. Even though it was busy, we were filled with gratitude by the support we received.

I would like to thank you our beautiful clients and the amazing team of therapists who always treat you with care and love. We are going to take a few days off to recharge and we’ll be back to work to treat as many clients as we can in the new year!
