We have a passion for providing the highest quality support from pregnancy, birth and beyond. At Helping Hands Doula we believe that there is more to this life phase that ‘surviving’ and that you can actually enjoy the process! Whether before or after welcoming your baby, we help facilitate this by instilling confidence and knowledge through our specialized services. Clients can expect the highest level of professionalism throughout their journey.

With over 20 years of experience, founder Kristi Clements, alongside Co-Owner, Jessica Payne have supported over 600 families welcoming their babies. Servicing all of Toronto and the GTA, our hands are here for you. Our Doulas provide in-person or virtual physical and emotional support during childbirth and early postpartum.
