When I previously worked at massage therapy clinics, we had 15 minutes in between treatments and I often felt rushed, frazzled and by the end of my shift I'd be hungry and tired.
When I opened my solo practice, I decided to give myself 30 minutes in between appointments and it makes me feel so much better not to feel rushed!
This allows me plenty of time to:
✳️Clean and tidy the treatment room between clients
✳️Prepare detailed notes about the appointment
✳️Send receipts after payments are received
✳️Return voicemail, email, general admin work
✳️Eat something
✳️Rest, relax, and breathe!
