The people have spoken—see y’all THURSDAYS.

ÜNDA RIDE was the first thing we did out of the studio. At a time when we were delayed in opening, it started as a way to bring attention to the movement culture we were trying to build. For 5 months, while our windows were still covered and clinic buildout ongoing, we came together for a spicy group ride with an eclectic group. That group ride eventually led to what would become, OFF THE BIKE—our strength and conditioning class catered to cyclists.

This year, it’ll be less of a hammer fest, for sure. But not necessarily a beginner ride. IYKYK.
