What a pleasure speaking to a group of women tonight about health, aging and hormones. Key take away:

1. Women have a much greater risk of developing dementia.
2. Women in their sixties are up to twice as likely times develop Alzheimer’s disease over breast cancer.
3. Hormones can play a significant role in brain health.
We need to keep talking and supporting women.
