I am so happy to announce an upcoming Fall Equinox Sacred Sound Journey at the The Plant Mystic (The Inner Arts Collective)
on Saturday, September 20th 6pm-7:30pm. This will be on the East side of town at 257 Danforth Ave.

I will also be holding a Fall Equinox Solar Eclipse Sacred Sound Journey on Sunday, September 21st 5pm-6:30 pm at 2589 Dundas St. West (corner Humberside Ave.)

We will be gathering in an intimate group of 6 beautiful souls and connect to the changing energies of Fall. We will gather to realign our energies, clear old ones and expand into new frequencies with the guidance of Tibetan Singing & crystal bowls, tingsha, bell, voice and gongs. All you need to do is open your heart and surrender to the sounds and vibrations around you and within you. We invite you to experience the magic of this vibratory experience where you can heal, release, be inspired and expand your mind/body journey through sacred sounds.

You are invited to celebrate the energy of the Super Full Moon in Pisces in a Sound Journey that will release the old and help recharge and realign your body/mind to a new frequency. We will come together to set our deep intentions of clearing stagnant energies that no longer serve us. We will journey into a sound bath to amplify our intentions of releasing the old to clear ourselves into a new energetic body. The super moon in Pisces is a rare combination of three separate lunar events: a full moon, a super moon, and a blue moon. The energies of the full super moon lasts 3 days before and 3 days after.

We have yoga mats but do bring a blanket if you feel called to do so.I only have a couple of bolster pillows, so bring one if you need to.

During this sacred gathering, participants will set their new intentions and then be guided by Sophia into a sound journey through the use of various sound healing instruments such as gongs, Tibetan Singing bowls & crystal bowls, chimes, rattles, bells and ting-shas. All you need to do is open your heart and surrender to the sounds and vibrations within you and around you. We invite you to explore the magic of this vibratory experience where you can heal, release, be inspired and expand your mind/body journey through sacred sounds.

Sound Healing Sessions

A sound healing session is ceremonial, treating sound in a unique and sacred way where the person becomes both a receiver and participant in their own healing process. Sound and frequencies create a pathway to a place of stillness and relaxation, which then begins to move through areas of blockage. In order to create change in our mind/body/soul, we need different frequencies in our energy field that create new energetic resonance. Sound helps to release these blockages in the physical body while opening access to the subtle or energetic body.
