We’re excited to welcome Dr. Rae Teixeira to our Summerhill Optometry family this October! She’s dedicated to providing personalized care for patients of all ages, specializing in vision therapy, orthokeratology, and myopia management.

Dr. Teixeira earned her degree from Queen’s University in 2016 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2020. She’s been recognized with the Ocular Instruments Award of Excellence, the ICO Research Award, and has extensive clinical experience across North America.

When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Teixeira loves exploring new recipes, hitting the tennis courts, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Dr. Teixeira is committed to making your visits enjoyable while providing top-notch eye care.
