💚I felt honoured to flip through the pages of the fall edition of the Inside Fitness Magazine and see this photo! It has so many amazing articles and recipes in there.💚
In our society for hundreds of years billion dollar marketing and ad companies have tried to make older women feel worthless, unimportant or not beautiful but that’s not the truth. The way you feel from the inside out radiates and draws people towards you… As women age we actually become more confident, elegant, grounded and naturally move in to motherly roles. Life is long and there is no reason why your 40s, 50s and 60s can’t be some of your best years! 🇨🇦

-In this photo I’m holding an Apophyllite crystal and a selenite wand. They are both filled with very high vibrations and frequencies. I use them both during my sessions, they help us attune our energies to those of higher dimensions and realms. These crystals connect us easily with our guardian angels and spirit guides who are moving with us on this journey. Our third eye and crown chakras can become unlocked with these powerful crystals and we can then manifest our life with intuition, purpose and clarity.
