This past weekend, I had the amazing pleasure of conducting a Sunrise Stimulation Session including Breathwork and Vagus Nerve Stimulation at the PLMI Thought Leaders Consortium in Dana Point, California.

Such a great event and a wonderful time seeing amazing friends and making new connections.

For any functional Med people who haven't attended previous years, I highly recommend this event for its strong clinical focus and amazing networking!

An indescribable feeling and honor to be a part of wonderful fundraiser event yesterday in The Hamptons.

I just ended a nearly 3-day fast, and I do this once every single month.

Fasting is a powerful accelerator of metabolic activity, mitochondrial efficiency, autophagy, digestive rest, parasympathetic Vagus Nerve activation and healing...

Not to mention the amazing cognitive benefits, and feelings of accomplishment and personal capability.

I drink black coffee and water with electrolytes throughout so this is not a dry fast.

72 hours is an advanced fast but shorter, simpler options are also quite beneficial.
