You want to give your body its best chance at a smooth and full recovery so the earlier you assess and treat the issue, the better. If you wait until the pain becomes intolerable before dealing with it, that could extend the recovery period.

We're nearing the end of the calendar year so if you want to take advantage of your benefits before they renew, book your appointments early! Our practitioners' schedules will fill up before you know it and we want to make sure you get the time slots you want.

Our wonderful Joyce has new clinic hours beginning in a couple of weeks. She will still be in on Mondays and Tuesdays but her Mondays will now have more afternoon availability. ☀ Our lovely Regina is still in on Fridays from 1pm to 6pm.
